This is a 60h classroom course, integrated within the "posgraduaçao qualidade", whose aim is to prepare the student  about  the different disciplines that a leader needs in order to manage change in their organization.

In concrete, the statistical thinking is a KEY topic, and  the customer focus and DMAIC framework is core contents.
