This is a 60h classroom course. Its aim is to develop concepts, methods and tools to be able to conduct research of PROCESS IMPROVEMENT in a organization, and to act as a project manager of such kind of project.
This role involves the ability to make decisions by using data.
Observational data is useful to control a process, to run the business, to explore (data mining, drill down,...) and even to build regression models to characterize a system behavior.
A special interest is devoted to the design of experiments, due to the power of such techniques to learn the deep nature of a system, to model its behavior, end hence to seek for optimality.
